REJECTED - Assist Dice

This rule was rejected, no interest was presented. 
 Instead of offering advantage to players, unlesss the rules say so like for attacking when a NPC can not see you, or the like, the player adds 1d4 to the roll.  That way this can be done with advanatage and stack with other buffs.
